We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities that met all our needs. The spa centre was amazing, and our massage experience was top-notch. We loved the beautifully landscaped gardens, sun terrace and private pool that provided a serene and tranquil atmosphere. The staff was very helpful and delivered excellent service, and the restaurant's continental breakfast was delicious.

Although our stay was fantastic, we noticed that some parts of the room were a bit outdated, lacking easy to access sockets and USB charging points.

It is really close to the airport. A perfect base for exploring Kuta. There were parking on-site.

The hotel had a great location, close to a nice beach with crystal-clear waters and a few good restaurants nearby. The room we stayed in was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet offered a lot of variety and everything tasted delicious. The pool area was also good, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing.

Our experience during Christmas was not the best. The staff seemed stressed and not very friendly. There were some issues with the air conditioning that took a while to get resolved, and the room was not properly cleaned when we arrived. The hotel was also a bit outdated and in need of some renovations. The noise from the nearby street was sometimes too loud and disturbed our sleep. we had a mediocre stay at this hotel.

We loved being surrounded by nature at this jungle hotel, located just a short distance from the beach. The calm and peaceful atmosphere was a welcome contrast to the busier areas of Bali. The staff provided excellent service and our villa with a private pool was a highlight of our stay. The Indonesian dishes at the restaurant were delicious, and the cooking class and Balinese purification ceremony were enjoyable activities.

The trip to other parts of Bali took longer than expected due to traffic, which was a minor negative aspect of our stay.

The location is a bit far from the main attractions of the area, but the hotel offers a free shuttle service to get around more easily. The ongoing renovations were a bit of a distraction, but it will be exciting to see the finished result.
